Features

πŸ””

Finds your new uploads

Stanley's Cross-posting Tool checks your linked YouTube channels every 10 minutes. New Shorts are picked up automatically β€” no downloading, no re-uploading from your phone.

✍️

Suggests a caption

Each video gets a suggested TikTok caption with hashtags, written from your YouTube title and description. Edit it as much as you like.

πŸ‘€

You review every post

Nothing goes to TikTok until you open the post page, check the preview, pick who can view it and press Post.

βœ…

Only your own channels

You prove you own a YouTube channel by adding a one-time code to its description. Nobody can repost someone else's videos.

🧩

Many channels, many accounts

Link up to 3 YouTube channels and choose with checkboxes which videos go to which TikTok account β€” Shorts, long videos, or both.

πŸ”’

Private by design

Sign-in only shares your name and email. Video files are deleted once they're posted or skipped, and you can delete your account and all its data at any time.

How it works

  1. Sign in with Google. We only receive your name and email address.
  2. Link your YouTube channel and prove it's yours by adding a short code to the channel description.
  3. Connect your TikTok account with TikTok's official login.
  4. Choose what goes where with checkboxes β€” for example Shorts from your main channel to your TikTok account.
  5. Upload to YouTube as usual. When a new Short appears, it shows up in your dashboard under "Ready to post".
  6. Review and post. Watch the preview, edit the caption, choose who can view it and which interactions to allow, and press Post. TikTok publishes it, and the video file is deleted from our server.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. Stanley's Cross-posting Tool is free to use. To keep the service reliable there are limits: up to 3 YouTube channels per account and 10 new videos per day.

Does it post to TikTok automatically?

No. New videos are prepared automatically, but every TikTok post is reviewed and confirmed by you on the post page. You choose the caption, who can view the video and whether comments, Duets and Stitches are allowed.

What access do you get to my Google account?

Only your name, email address and profile picture, used to sign you in. We get no access to your YouTube account, Gmail, Drive or any other Google data.

How do you know the YouTube channel is mine?

When you add a channel, you get a short code to paste into the channel's description. Once we see it there, the channel is verified and you can remove the code.

What can you do with my TikTok account?

We read your TikTok display name and avatar so you can see which account is connected, and we publish videos you confirm. We can't read your messages, followers or other videos. You can disconnect at any time in the dashboard or in TikTok's settings.

Which videos are included?

Only videos you upload after linking your channel β€” your back catalogue isn't touched. Livestreams are prepared once they've finished processing on YouTube.

What happens to my video files?

They're stored on our server only while a post is waiting for you. They're deleted as soon as the video is posted or skipped, and at the latest after 7 days.

Which platforms are supported?

YouTube to TikTok. Instagram Reels support is in development.

Is this made by YouTube or TikTok?

No. Stanley's Cross-posting Tool is an independent tool. It uses TikTok's official login and Content Posting API and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google or TikTok.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account β†’ Delete account. Your channels, connected accounts, tokens, posts and settings are deleted immediately.
